SEO and the one minute manager.
A lot of businesses think that getting a website on Google's first page can be done by purchasing a product or software. You just have to click a few buttons and that's it. Unfortunately, that's not possible.
There are many seo tools and software that promise quick results with little work. People who used these tools have had to learn the hard way that it is not a good idea to use these 'shortcuts' tools. Google's recent updates have penalized the site that tried to beat the system with automated seo tools.
If it was that easy to get high rankings on Google then everybody could get high rankings. However, it's obvious that only some websites will make it to Google's first result page and Google chooses these websites carefully.

You must be willing to change
Good SEO programs and SEO services will tell you what you have to do but the work is still up to you. You must also be willing to implement the changes on your website. Take the advice of your SEO business coach and do something. Try to improve your website.
Do not search for reasons why improvement is not possible. Do the things that are necessary to bring your website into shape even if it requires some work (and it usually does)
You must be honest with yourself
If you want a better business then you shouldn't go to the bank and pretend that you didn't. If you want to get higher rankings on Google, you shouldn't sabotage your search engine optimisation efforts by doing things with your website that you like but aren't recommended by the SEO service.
It helps a lot if you have the right equipment
It's easier to work out if you have the right equipment. If you want to keep good accounts, you need a good accountant. If you want to get on Google's first result page, you need a good domain name, a good server, clean web pages and a good SEO Coventry tool. It will be much easier to get good results then.
Don't cheat!
These methods can work for a little time but Google detects all spam methods sooner or later and your website will be banned from the index.

Can you remove competitors links?
What would you say if your competitors could delete 39% of the backlinks that point to your website? Unfortunately, this seems to be possible and it is not too difficult. If you don't want to lose your rankings, you have to keep track of your backlinks.
A blogger i have been following found out that it was very easy to get backlinks removed. He sent a link removal messages from a newnGmail account stating that he was working on behalf of a client. The results were unbelievably bad:
4% of the recipients requested money to remove the link (between £2 and £2000).
4% asked for proof that the sender of the message was really working for the linked company.
39% of the recipients deleted the backlink to the website without further questions.
Remember that this was not a link removal message from an official company website. The link removal requests were sent from a Gmail address and the sender only claimed that he worked for the linked company.
The numbers above indicate that it is extremely easy to remove the backlinks of a website:
Get a free email address with a nice name, for example shoes.com-backlink@gmail.com.
Create a link removal message with an officially sounding text. Mention the words "Google", "penalty" and maybe "Matt Cutts".
Send this message to all websites that link to the website.
Just to be sure: do not do this! I just want to illustrate how easy it is to get backlinks removed.
It's sad that Google's Penguin update has resulted in a link removal craziness that makes the above scenario possible. If you want to get lasting results, you have to do the following:
